Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk parent company settles class action wage lawsuit for $5.9 million

The Santa Cruz Seaside Co., which operates the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, settled to pay nearly $6 million to a group of current and former employees for unpaid wages, rest periods and overtime, among eight complaints filed against the company.
